due to the nature of our products, all sales are nonrefundable, nonexchangeable. order cancellations are not accepted. 

we currently ship in US and Canada.

it is your responsibility to cover any customs fees, duties or taxes associated with the order. if these are not paid, your package will be shipped back to us and we will provide a refund to you minus any shipping charges once we have received the package. we are not responsible for damages during the shipping process.

our shipping costs are provided directly by USPS. the shipping rates are the exact amount we get charged in order to ship your order to your provided address. we do not profit any amount from shipping, nor do we charge handling fees.

if it is over 80 degrees in your location, please wait to purchase the butters until the temperature drops. we will not be replacing body butters that have melted in transit. we highly recommend signing up for tracking notifications with the usps tracking link and making sure the item does not sit outside or in a mailbox. the body butter is 95% natural ingredients, therefore sensitive to high temperatures. we believe this is the best choice for your skin. we thank everyone for their love of our body butters! melted butters are still usable. due to melting, the body butter will lose its whipped consistency, and the jar will not be full to the top. this is okay. simply wait for the body butter to harden in the freezer for about 30 mins-1 hour. if you would like to re-whip your butter, scoop it out of the jar and use an electric mixer to re-whip, and then scoop back into the jar. thank you so much baddies! xoxo, amira
