body butter policy
While our body butters have returned, it is still very hot in parts of the United States. We are taking as many precautions as we can like freezing butters prior to shipment and adding ice packs. Once we hand the package over to USPS, it is in their facilities and trucks, and we are not able to control the temperatures.
This being said, please keep in mind that we are not able to guarantee that the butters will not melt in transit.
If it is over 85 degrees in your location, please wait to purchase the butters until the temperature drops. We will not be replacing body butters that have melted in transit.
If you are worried on a body butter selling out, but it is still hot in your location, please continue with your purchase and in the order notes, let us know that you would like to wait for your package. You can also email us at email@example.com with your full name and order number. We can put the items on hold for you until the temperature drops in your area. We will keep in contact with you regarding your order until it is shipped.
We highly recommend signing up for tracking notifications with the USPS tracking link, and also making sure the item does not sit outside or in a mailbox.
We would love to change the formula to our body butters, but as of right now, they are 95% natural ingredients, and we believe this is the best choice for your skin. We thank everyone for their love of our body butters!
Melted butters are still usable! Due to the melting, the body butter will lose its whipped consistency, and the jar will not be full to the top. This is okay! If you would like to re-whip your butter, scoop it out of the jar and use an electric mixer to re-whip, and then scoop back into the jar. Otherwise, simply wait for the body butter to harden in the freezer for about 30 mins-1 hour.
If an item comes in damaged, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos and/or videos of the damage so we can provide you the best solution.
Thank you so much baddies!
