Frequently Asked Questions

Order processing is 3-10 business days, this means holidays & weekends are not included. Shipping takes 1-5 business days depending on shipping chosen. If your item has shipped out and there are no changes to the tracking number within 72 hours, please contact support@glambaddieshop.com so we can get the package moving!

 

Once an item is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent out with a tracking number.

  • Orders are shipped out ASAP after the label is printed. 
  • Once it has been turned in to USPS, it takes about up to 3 business days to update the tracking number. 
  • It is recommended that you add your phone number to the tracking number for future updates. 
  • If it has been more 3 business days and no changes occur with your tracking number, please email support@glambaddieshop.com with your full name and order number. 
  • If you are still have issues, please contact support@glambaddieshop.com with your full name and order number.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are nonrefundable & nonexchangeable. All sales are final. Order cancellations are not accepted. 

Please contact support@glambaddieshop.com with your name and order number as soon as possible so we can assist you. Shipping will have to be paid for orders that have already been dispatched and shipped out. 

As of this time, Glam Baddie is only shipping within the United States. 

Most of our products last 12-14 months. Body butters and body polishes last about 18 months.
